For this reason the Buyer must prepared the Payment Guarantee MT760 and MT103 TT Cash per Shipment). The next step, the Seller will prepared 2% Performance Bond (towards SBLC Value) for the Buyer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>Buyers who will buy from CBU also follow all the terms and conditions as above. Buyers are required to follow and comply with the Refinery&#8217;s rules. CBU will provide procedures that follow the Refinery&#8217;s rules.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nCommission :<\/strong><br \/>\n<em><br \/>\nWe confirmed that the commission especially for EN590-10PPM,\u00a0 US<\/em><em>$x buyer side &amp; US$x seller side per MT (including in the price per MT).<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>We complied with international trade rules and regulations by following ICC600.
